Exchanges were much slower to restart after the Covid pandemic than we had anticipated.
Clearly it will take some time and effort to rebuild the momentum.

We were greatly saddened to hear of the demise of Jim Clark on 24th August.
Jim was heavily involved in the Twinning Association from the early seventies.
